Taking photos of naked people is way more difficult than it sounds: You have to deal with technical problems, you have to deal with poses and composition, and - depending on where you live - you might have to deal with a society whose image of the naked body is still where it was in around 1850 (which doesn't prevent that same society from exploiting the naked female body to sell junk). Taking photos of naked pregnant women adds another major complication; and I have seen enough unfortunate results to never ever try it myself. Anyway, the other day, I came across Catherine Steinmann's photos of pregnant women, which, I think, might be the best I've seen so far.
