Five years ago, I started to compile this blog. I honestly never thought it would develop into what it is now; and since I don't have a masterplan I don't know what it will turn into over the next five years. But so far it has been a lot of fun - and a lot of very hard work (with the occasional bouts of quite serious doubt). Of course, without the generosity of the many people who were (and are) happy to contribute - by sending emails with links or comments or by being willing to participate in the conversations - the blog would not be what it is now.
