I'm a big fan of Tom Waits' music, and I wasn't looking forward to Scarlett Johansson's interpretation of some of his music (dreadly anticipating something along the lines of Paris Hilton's "music"). I have to say that the actual results surprised me - even though it's one of those surprises that is neither good, nor bad, but just plainly weird: The whole thing sounds as if you somehow crossed Nico with Shinead O'Connor after sucking all the talent out of the room.
